Responsibilities
* Provide specialized technical support to the commercial structure at national and international level for private and public customers in the electronic, semiconductor, and automotive sectors.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned product competency.
* Organize and conduct demonstrations for national and international customers.
* Participate in trade fairs and events.
* Maintain contact with distributors, scientific societies, and other organizations to develop and sustain turnover.
* Contribute to the production of advertising, promotion, and technical‑scientific documentation.
* Collaborate with the sales network to optimize the company’s external information flows.
* Analyze and process information collected on the ground to provide recommendations for new services and products.
* Manage customer relationships to maintain a network of collaborations for business development.
Qualifications
* Completed studies in engineering, economics, or comparable technical education.
* Several years of relevant professional experience.
* Strong technical understanding and interest in complex technology.
* Fluent knowledge of English language.
* Organizational skills for managing demos and teaching skills for customer training.
* Willingness to travel throughout Italy and Malta (limited travel needed in Malta).
* Commercial and laboratory technician experience considered a plus.
* Preferred residence in Lombardy but applicants from other regions will be considered.
