Proactively welcome and greet all guests and visitors to the F&B outletTake and/or deliver guests' food ordersClear and set‐up tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for serviceAnticipate the guests' needs in order to provide an exceptional and unique guest experience in line with the Legendary Quality Experience, Pillars and MOQA standardsMaintain high team focus by showing co‐operation and support to all the colleaguesAttend daily meetingsPerform any other reasonable duties as required by managementAdhere to Safe & Sound procedures regarding Health & Safety and HACCP standards
Requirements
Minimum 2‐years experience within a luxury resort/hotel's outletWritten and oral proficiency in English and ItalianAble to multitask and manage timeExcellent guest service attitudePassionate about food and beveragesCharming and outgoing personality with excellent manners and communication skillsTeamwork skills and attitudeWilling to attend training sessions as provided by management to develop skillsAble to stand for extended periods of timeGood IT skillsFlexible schedules and working hours plus willingness to work on weekends and holidays required
