We are seeking a
Restaurant Manager
to join our team at the property located in Ragusa for the upcoming **** season.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily restaurant operations, both front and back of house
Deliver high-quality service and maximize guest satisfaction
Promote the sale of premium wines and/or cocktails
Respond effectively and accurately to guest complaints
Regularly assess product quality
Organize and supervise staff shifts
Continuously evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Manage reservations
Work closely with colleagues from other departments
Requirements:
At least three years of proven experience in luxury hotels or similar establishments
Fluent English proficiency;
knowledge of French is considered a plus
Strong problem-solving skills
Team spirit and collaboration
Positive attitude, respectful demeanor, and willingness to share knowledge and skills - Customer service orientation
Precision and attention to detail
Familiarity with Opera PMS
