The resource will be responsible for managing direct and indirect sales within a given geographical area with the objective of reaching area targets.
Activities:
* Support sales management in defining sales policies and actions for the development of the target market
* Carry out the drafting of the sales budget, coordinating with the Manager
* Carry out competitor analysis, evaluating commercial initiatives to increase turnover
* Manage the area of responsibility directly, ensuring the achievement of sales and margin targets
* Develop and maintain relationships with current customers, constantly monitoring their satisfaction, including periodic visits.
* Seek new customers by exploiting any channel, implementing promotion and incentive actions
* Conduct periodic reviews of turnover status and collections, as well as the progress of commercial initiatives in the assigned area
* Monitor critical customer solvency situations, defining overdraft up to assigned ceilings
* Research and develop new dealers in assigned area
* Support Manager in range planning, noting product development/modification needs in assigned area
* Define and verify pricing policies in assigned area
* Manage participation in trade shows in the relevant area of our products
* Draft post-trip reports by forwarding them to company management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial, management, mechanical) or technical diploma
* Previous experience of at least 2 years in the position in the industrial machinery and/or earthmoving sector
* Knowledge of commercial contracts and usual international forms of payment appreciated
* Willingness to travel frequently within the relevant territory
* Good knowledge of the English language
* Mastery of the Office package
* Excellent listening and communication skills
* Ability to analyze context and problem solving
