Sales Area Manager – Area Francofona 
Location: Parma, Italy. Transfer frequent in the Francophone area. Full‑time, permanent contract (A). Base salary RAL €30,000‑45,000 + variable bonuses + company car. 
Accomplished Italian PMI with 60 years of experience in pharmaceutical & beverage plant production. 
Responsibilities 
- Lead and grow the commercial activity in the Francophone area. 
- Direct negotiations with clients and manage sale offers in collaboration with technical and purchasing departments. 
- Identify, activate, and supervise local agents and distributors. 
- Participate in international trade fairs to generate business contacts. 
- Visit clients and prospects to strengthen commercial relationships. 
- Define collaborations with sector partners and contribute to the commercial budget for the area. 
Qualifications 
- Fluent French (C1) and English (C1); Spanish a plus. 
- Minimum 3 years commercial or area manager experience in sales to accounts. 
- Strong commercial drive, networking, and analytical skills. 
- Effective communication skills and goal orientation. 
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to diverse cultural contexts. 
- Good command of Microsoft Office.

- Permanent contract with RAL €30,000‑45,000, adjusted on experience.
