We are particularly interested in candidates who know the Italian landscape well and can build relationships with individual physicians through an affiliate‑style or business development approach. Profiles with senior freelance CRA experience, or other physician‑facing experience in oncology-related settings, are especially relevant. Knowledge of bladder cancer and the related physician environment in Italy is strongly preferred. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliBuild a referral physician network for Massive Bio’s clinical trial enrollment services across Italy /liliConduct outbound outreach to physician offices and follow up with in‑person visits /liliIdentify, approach, and engage oncologists, urologists, and other relevant specialists /liliMaintain accurate CRM records, manage physician follow‑ups, and report results to internal teams /liliCollect feedback from physician offices and share it with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and delivery operations /liliEstablish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with physicians /liliCoordinate networking efforts with team members and other departments /liliAnalyze market potential and provide regular status reports /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliBS/BA degree or equivalent experience /lili4+ years of oncology, pharma, biotech, CRO, or other relevant physician-facing experience /liliAn extensive network of physicians in Italy /liliAbility to secure appointments and build relationships directly with physicians /liliAbility to travel to physician offices across Italy /liliFamiliarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian /liliShould be living in Italy /liliFamiliar with the Italian healthcare and physician environment /liliExperience as a senior freelance CRA or in a similar relationship-driven field role is a strong advantage /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
