Fidia Czech Republic and Slovakia affiliates are recruiting a Key Account Manager CZ / SK The Key Account Manager (KAM) will act as the key link between Fidia Pharma Czech Republic and Slovakia and hospitals to reach the assigned targets. KAM will support all TA teams and promote the company's products to key clients, including wholesalers, pharmacy chains, hospitals, and other entities. KAM will also establish and maintain relationships with key hospital accounts to increase sales and revenue. The role covers all therapeutic areas within the Czech and Slovak affiliates and includes CRM responsibilities. Main Responsibilities Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals. Identify key hospital accounts and build relationships with decision-makers such as hospital executives, physicians, pharmacists, and supply chain managers. Collaborate with sales, marketing, medical affairs, and operations teams to develop account-specific initiatives like educational programs, clinical trials, and formulary reviews. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategies and identify new opportunities. Understand the hospital market, including healthcare delivery, regulations, and reimbursement systems. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and professional organizations in therapeutic areas. Represent the company at conferences and meetings, presenting clinical and economic data. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. Participate in various projects as needed. Manage CRM administration. Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. University Degree, preferably in Life Sciences such as Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Natural Sciences. Knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical, and pharmacovigilance fields. Understanding of hospital environment dynamics, including reimbursement and legislation. Proficiency in English, Czech, and Slovak languages, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Commitment to ethics and compliance. Our Offer Open-ended contract.
