In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions. /ph3ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3pAs a Sales Manager for the Italian market, you will be responsible for: /pulliIdentifying and prospecting hotels and hotel chains across your area. /liliBuilding and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers). /li /ululliPresenting and promoting products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools. /liliCustomizing solutions to fit the unique needs of each client. /liliClosing deals and meeting sales targets. /li /ululliWorking closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction. /liliGathering client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company’s offerings. /li /ululliAttending key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase visibility and expand the company’s network. /li /ulh3PROFILE SOUGHT /h3ulliExperience: Minimum 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in tech/software or online services for hotels is required. /liliHospitality Expertise: An active, well-established network within the hospitality sector is mandatory. /liliLanguages: Native level in Italian and professional level in English. /liliSales Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles, with a strong track record in new business acquisition (hunter mindset) and client retention. /liliPersonal Qualities: Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.
