In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.About The PositionThe Technical Distribution Sales Manager (f/m/d) acts as a vital intermediary between the company and its distribution partners, offering specialized technical support and sales assistance to franchised Littelfuse distributors within the region. This role leverages comprehensive product expertise, exceptional communication abilities, and relationship-building skills to boost sales, enhance partner relationships, and increase brand awareness for our products.Build and maintain strong relationships within Distributors at all levels and across multiple functional areasCreate, track, and follow up with LF and Distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programsSupport and grow the LF distribution sales channel within the regionPrimary interface for Branch Managers, Product Managers, and sales personnel/reps for key distributors to gain maximum mind shareEstablish and execute on mutual growth objectives with distributors driven by effective training programs such as NPI (new product introduction), design reviews, and quarterly business reviewsLink sales and branch FAEs to maximize multi-technology demand creation and salesSupport and maintain LF's Distributor Registration programUnderstand distributors requirements and recommend suitable electronic components (circuit protection, switches, power semiconductors, sensors, relay, and circuit breakers)Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offeringsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactionsAbout YouBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics or related fieldProven experience in technical sales in electronic componentsStrong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and applicationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsThe ability to maintain effective working relationships with Sales teams, local Sales Reps, Channel Partners, Product Managers, Technical Marketing, Marcom and Corporate functionsAbility to travel minimum of 50% to distribution branches within your regionLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
