We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Department. The role provides operational support to the Sales team, ensuring accurate management of order confirmations and commercial documentation. As part of the broader General Services activities, the position may also involve occasional support to reception and front-desk operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage order confirmations and related documentation in alignment with company procedures
- Support internal coordination between Sales, Project Management, and Administration
- Ensure accurate data entry and document handling within company systems
- Contribute to reception activities when required, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial back office or sales support roles within industrial or manufacturing contexts
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong IT proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus
