About the job

CHC Navigation is looking for a results-oriented Account Sales Manager (B to B) to join its team.

To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of business development and dealer management experience in Europe, preferably in Italian-speaking countries, with proven experience in feature-benefit-solutions selling in a high-tech environment within the geospatial industries (e.g., surveying, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey, precision agriculture).

In this hands-on role, you will identify and recruit new dealers, support and develop existing distributors, and manage key accounts in Italy and surrounding countries across our diverse market segments for our positioning and navigation solutions.

About the role

* Achieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes, and develop maximum market share.
* Create regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives.
* Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts across diversified verticals through prospecting activities.
* Support distributors in developing their business activities.
* Respond to, track, and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors.
* Visit customers and conduct demonstrations to convert leads into orders.
* Participate in trade shows, events, and promotional roadshows.
* Generate and nurture new market opportunities.
* Analyze regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

About you

* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
* At least 3 years of proven B2B sales experience in relevant geospatial industries (GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, precision agriculture).
* Fluency in Italian and professional level of English (written and oral) is mandatory.
* Experience in international dealer management is a plus.
* Results-oriented with a positive outlook and a focus on quality and profit.
* Strong negotiation skills and excellent face-to-face communication skills.

Note: Candidates must be EU citizens, already residing in Italy, and eligible to work there.

Travel Requirements

This position requires frequent travel (approximately 50%) within Italian-speaking countries and occasional travel across Europe for meetings, trade shows, and strategic visits.
