We’re looking for a Product Manager that will join our Product Development team and support the growth and development of our performance têxtile products. This position, reporting to the Product Category Director, will drive the Go-To-Market process from planning, internal design, development to final approvals for handover to Production Team. Main activities & accountabilities: Handle the products of the category, including concept, product design, range definition, product brief, materials and accessories definition, keeping alignment with company strategy and objectives Input, drive and manage all related projects and tasks on project management software - from concept to final production Collaborate closely with key departments - Marketing, Planning, Production, Sales & QC - to achieve the required objectives Work directly and regularly with athletes to gather insights, test concepts and prototypes and validate/test final products Travel to production and sampling facilities as well as global markets for insight gathering, development and testing activities Work closely and manage with category pattern maker on development of prototypes, conducting fittings and testing with athletes Manage, with provided support, data entry process for technical sheets etc in PDM Ensure the successful product/project delivery by meeting the assigned deadlines Requirements: Relevant studies in the field of business or têxtile or technology 2-5 years of experience in Product Development with Appareal, Footwear or Accessories in fashion/sporting good industry Fluent in English, both spoken and written and Italian, minimum spoken. Knowledge of MS Office and project management and/or patternmaking or PLM software Experience in Market Analysis, Product Design/Innovation, Materials development, collection development, Project management and Product presentation End-Consumer approach Ability to work in an international environment Passionate about sport, preferably swimming or triathlon Ability to work remotely and willing to travel approximately for 30% of time We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
