Role and ResponsibilitiesProvide instructions for Custom declarations about definitive, temporary, transit on import & export clearance LSP (Logistics Service Provider) or couriers, by following STM rulesUpdate STM systems with any data related to outbound shipments (invoicing, AWB updated, etc.)Send pre‐alert for manufacturing shipments by express courierGrant control and the efficient operations in accordance with Customs rules and regulationsCheck and verify the validation of export (MRN closure)Fulfill and keep records of all import activities for all Extra‐European goods shipmentsFulfill and keep records of all export activities of ST products (semi‐finished and finished goods), with/without export control licencesSupport Trade Compliance of dual use goods, by using the correct export licenceBe advisor and give suggestions to all internal stakeholders about Customs and shipping related topicsSupport internal users on Software tool for miscellaneous features and useKeep record of the VAT exemption declarations on the registry of returns as per STM internal system/InstructionsFile annotation upon return of customs documents and archiving (current year + 5 past years)Create air waybills for express couriersFulfill and keep records on the special register for "in & out" work and repair goods (Conto lavorazione)Update STM systems with any data could be needed for monthly INTRASTAT declarationProvide monthly/quarterly reports of import and export operations, and use of export licencesCheck import Customs entries and manage revision for wrong declarationsSkill / ProfileCandidate will have a diploma in economy, logistics, commercial or equivalent.Fluent English written and spoken is a must. French is a plus.Experience in freight forwarding and logistics in a multinational/multicultural company is preferred.Easy communication skills, problem solving and work under pressure, in multitask scenario.Time management, sense of urgency, priorities management, flexibility to work on daily targets.Empathy and positive approach to manage daily requests of support from different internal and external stakeholders.A strong skill on IT and Microsoft Office 365 tools is mandatory (Cloud, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Basic AI usage skills and Project experience will be advantageous.SAP Warehouse Management and SAP Material Management knowledge is a plus.Equal Employment OpportunityST è impegnata a promuovere un ambiente di lavoro diversificato e inclusivo.
