Job Opportunity: Export Office Assistant
Location: Pordenone, Italy
Eurointerim Spa, a branch of Prata di Pordenone, is seeking to hire for a company operating in the wood sector an Export Office Assistant .
The selected candidate will be integrated into the foreign commercial office and will be responsible for:
1. Entering and managing orders in the system, maintaining commercial relationships with clients using English and French;
2. Supporting in resolving pre- and post-sales issues within agreed deadlines;
3. Preparing administrative documents related to sales orders;
4. Drafting commercial offers and contractual documents;
5. Organizing and planning shipments.
Requirements:
We require:
* Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English;
* Preferably minimal experience in an office environment, ideally in a commercial back-office role;
* Excellent knowledge of Excel and general IT tools.
Additional qualities that will complete the profile include: strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, passion for foreign languages, team-oriented attitude, and good organizational and planning skills.

Work Hours: Full Time
