Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the assigned product portfolio, driving its growth and global positioning. Key responsibilities include:
* Defining and implementing product strategies, from development to lifecycle management.
* Identifying market opportunities through advanced research and competitive analysis.
* Planning and managing global commercial activities, including congresses, PR efforts, and key stakeholder engagements.
* Coordinating with internal teams, including R&D, sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure effective strategy execution.
* Overseeing brand budgets and aligning financial performance with company objectives.
* Leading the launch and positioning of new products on a global scale.
* Conducting financial analysis and risk assessment for new projects.
* Mentoring and supporting the professional growth of junior team members.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Marketing (Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing or Ophthalmology preferred).
* About 5 years of experience in product management, in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
