As Area Sales Manager for Italy, you drive profitable growth by building and managing a robust pipeline and accounts across direct, POS, and distribution channels. You will coordinate cross-functionally to deliver value and execution excellence for customers, turning market intelligence into revenue opportunities. You’ll lead territory execution, foster strong customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs. This role offers exposure to a diverse, global company with meaningful impact on growth and partnerships.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Own territory execution in Italy, including account planning, coverage, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy
- Build and maintain relationships with direct, POS customers and distribution network stakeholders (purchasing, engineering, program management, quality, leadership)
- Identify and structure new business and demand creation opportunities; support design activity and revenue conversion
- Lead commercial discussions with customers via the distribution network and ensure disciplined follow-up and execution
- Provide market and customer intelligence and translate insights into targeted actions
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and align with Sales Team and internal partners to fulfill customer needs
- Plan and coordinate activities within local projects/workstreams with involved management and stakeholdersTrack milestones, evaluate progress, and support final acceptance of deliverables where applicable
Responsabilità
- Proven B2B sales / account management experience, ideally in electronic components, semiconductors, or a similar technical/industrial environment
- Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Structured, proactive, customer-oriented approach with high accountability
- Strong English communication skills; Italian fluency is expected
- Willingness to travel mainly within Italy
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, e.g., Salesforce, and standard business software, MS Office
