Key Responsibilities

New Product Development
\n
\n
- Lead development projects for new products, from concept definition through industrialization and start of production (SOP).
\n
- Define technical specifications and aesthetic requirements in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
\n
- Coordinate and manage suppliers involved in tooling, molds, matrices, and electronic components.
\n
- Oversee quality assurance activities and certification processes for new products.
\n
- Provide technical support to Marketing for product launches, presentations, and promotional materials.
\n
\nTechnical Customer Support\n\n
- Provide on-site technical assistance and training during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
\n
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guidelines, and multimedia content (e.g., repair or maintenance videos).
\n
- Collaborate with engineering teams, installers, and shipyards to solve complex integration and application issues.
\n
- Act as a technical point of reference for complex claims, critical interventions, and urgent field issues.

- Previous experience and passion for Yacht/MegaYacht Industry
\n
- Proven experience in technical support and new product development roles.
\n
- Solid technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems.
\n
- Experience in supplier management, negotiation, and cost analysis.
\n
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
\n
- Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.
