The Chef de Rang will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff.\nServe food and drinks efficiently and elegantly, ensuring presentation standards are maintained.\nMaintain knowledge of the hotel’s offerings, including special promotions and events.\nChef de Rang experience in Hotel of same category, preferable in Luxury Marriott Properties.\nExcellent command of Italian and English. Additional languages will be appreciated. xpavfwm\nHigh school diploma or GED; Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs preferred.
