Job Description:

As Home Appliances BUILT IN - Key Account Manager (Retail Channel), you will implement the sales strategy to achieve category sales targets and increase market share through a deep knowledge of business, products, and retail channels in Italy.

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT

Reporting directly to the Built In Sales Director, you will execute sales strategies to meet sales targets and grow market share by accurate forecasting and understanding of main sell-in/sell-out practices in the channel.

Main activities include:

* Gaining market knowledge to seize opportunities and boost sales.
* Collaborating with other Built In Key Account Managers to optimize LG's position across sales channels.
* Developing sales plans, forecasts, and strategies for assigned customers.
* Acting as the key contact between customers and LG to facilitate communication and enhance satisfaction.
* Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviors, providing feedback internally.
* Forecasting sales, managing budgets, and controlling costs.
* Building strong relationships with internal departments like Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.

Qualifications & Skills

* At least 3-5 years of experience in Built-In Market or similar roles, with in-depth knowledge.
* Extensive experience in Consumer Electronics market and retail channels.
* Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
* Fluent in English; Italian proficiency preferred for non-native speakers.
* Proven success in proactive sales environments and account management.
* Strong commercial acumen and goal achievement skills.
* Analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Ability to work with KPIs in a performance-driven environment.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
* Effective time management and flexibility.
* Willingness to travel frequently within Italy.
