In this role, you will contribute to the growth of iconic brands and support strategic development across Italy, Portugal, and Spain.Activities & ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Brand Manager in developing brand strategy and equityImplementing marketing plans (ATL, BTL) to drive profitable growth in collaboration with Media and Trade Marketing teamsDeveloping and executing brand communication and activation programs, including promotions and sponsorshipsContributing to innovation initiatives and product/packaging development processesAnalyzing market trends and consumer behavior (YouGov, Circana-IRI) to turn data into actionable insightsManaging relationships with creative agencies and internal stakeholdersSupporting budget management and coordinating financially sustainable plans and related P&LQualificationsWe; need someone with a positive attitude, proactivity, and strong motivation, combined with analytical skills and a hands‑on approach.
