The Mobility Group is currently seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Turin, Italy. In this role you will play a key part in financial planning and analysis across EMEA headquarters, with responsibility for forecasting, consolidation, and the analysis and reporting of financial performance, focusing on functional budgets at both headquarters and regional levels to ensure accuracy, alignment, and transparency.
What You’ll Do
* Lead consolidation of Actuals, Rolling Forecast, and Profit Plan results at HQ level
* Provide clear and actionable variance analysis on P&L and Balance Sheet vs. forecast, plan, and prior year
* Support and coordinate the annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan processes, contributing to regional financial alignment
* Own the preparation and sharing of monthly functional budgets, partnering with Mobility EMEA functional leaders
* Act as a key interface between plants and HQ for functional budget analysis and ad hoc financial requests
* Contribute to HQ ledger management and regional allocation processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Support regional Cost‑Out (CI) reporting, initiatives, and ad hoc business cases, providing financial insights to drive performance improvements
* Support regional CAPEX reporting, contributing to planning and forecast accuracy
* Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and data quality
Qualifications
* BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
* Minimum 2 years in Finance Controlling with experience in large multi‑national manufacturing organizations that have complex matrix structures or structured consulting companies
Skills
* Solid experience in operational finance within an on‑site environment, with strong accounting knowledge
* Proficient in English and Italian
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and challenge decisions at all organizational levels
* Effective communicator, able to adapt style and approach to different stakeholders and situations
* Strong business partnering capabilities, with experience collaborating across functions and geographies
* Ability to operate successfully in complex matrix organizations and multi‑site environments

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is EUR43,600 – EUR63,910 gross per year.
