This role involves building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting products and services in line with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the existing customer portfolio across Northern ItalyIdentify and develop new client opportunities, following strategic guidelines.Conduct market research, including monitoring OEMs and competitor filter brands.Collaborate with machinery manufacturers to drive growth in the original equipment market.Marketing & Promotion ActivitiesRepresent the organization at industry trade shows and events within the region.Actively promote products and services to clients and prospects to increase brand visibility and engagement.Compliance with Company StandardsUtilize tools and resources provided by management to support business operations.Regularly update CRM and IT systems to ensure accurate client and market data tracking.Qualifications and SkillsProfile Requirements:Background in technical sales or spare parts commerce, ideally in sectors like Construction, Agricultural, Mining, or Marine Equipment.Fluent in French or English (spoken and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Dynamics, Outlook, and Teams.Strong ability to work independently with effective time management.Core CompetenciesExcellent listening skills, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing solutions.Proactive and curious, with an interest in industry trends and market development.Strong interpersonal skills, responsiveness, and adaptability.Open-minded and ready to respond quickly to client inquiries and needs.Additional RequirementsTravel: Frequent travel across Northern Italy with occasional trips to headquarters.Confidentiality: Strict adherence to confidentiality requirements due to exposure to sensitive organizational information.
