Job Description:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Improvement Coordinator for an international automotive industry leader. The role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on continuous process and product improvement using appropriate methodologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure effective use of Lean Manufacturing systems and tools for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
* Coordinate production functions and guide them in implementing and developing manufacturing processes and logistics flows.
* Accurately map production/process data, identify opportunities, and optimize efficiency.
* Improve plant/line performance.
* Provide guidelines for cost reduction initiatives (OCS).
* Lead and monitor 5S initiatives.
* Identify and track Kaizen actions and results.
* Promote information sharing and best practices within the site.
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (Process Engineer/Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement) in structured companies.
* Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes.
* Experience in manufacturing companies.
* Proficiency in English (B2 level).
* Strong managerial and organizational skills.
* Planning and time management abilities.
