Responsibilities
* Sales of customized packaging solutions: support sales efforts, expand product ranges with existing clients, and acquire and develop new clients
* Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, or products and services
* Overall responsibility for customer orders, from quotes to delivery, through effective communication and coordination with the sales team in Germany
* Create sales forecasts and strategies, and actively work to achieve them
* Attend and close sales negotiations
Profile
* Preferably a degree in economics or related fields
* Experience in managing and communicating with B2B clients
* Strong communication and presentation skills, passion for sales
* Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
* Motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working with KPIs and sales targets
* Operational fieldwork combined with an office-based role in Vimodrone, Milan
* Good knowledge of German or fluent in business English
