We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive the growth of our Life Sciences business in North Germany and Poland. This role is pivotal in establishing strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of the life sciences sector.
Core activities:
Distributor and Dealer Management:
- Develop and manage relationships with existing distributors while identifying new distributor partners in (North) Germanand Polishmarkets.
- Train, motivate, and guide distributors to enhance sales performance and achieve business goals.
- Monitor distributor performance, providing feedback, and ensuring they meet sales targets.
Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the life sciences sector.
- Identify key decision-makers and understand their sourcing and purchasing needs.
- Develop sales strategies tailored to the UK market, ensuring the growth of the business through distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential market gaps.
