This role is pivotal in establishing strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of the life sciences sector.Train, motivate, and guide distributors to enhance sales performance and achieve business goals.Monitor distributor performance, providing feedback, and ensuring they meet sales targets.Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the life sciences sector.Develop sales strategies tailored to the UK market, ensuring the growth of the business through distributors.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential market gaps.Sales and Financial Analysis:Perform financial analysis, including program costing and quoting, in collaboration with the technical team.Collaboration and Reporting:Work closely with the marketing, technical, and product management teams to ensure customer needs are met.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions.Ensure timely and effective communication of all customer requirements and market insights to internal teams.University degree or above, major in engineering, life sciences, or business-related disciplines.At least 5 years of experience in life science sales, specifically managing distributors and engaging with end customers.Proven track record of managing and developing distributor networks in the life sciences sector.Strong experience in generating new business and expanding market share.Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and driving sales performance.Fluent knowledge of German and English languages.Willingness to travel frequently (50% approx).We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where all our employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
