If so, join us as an Intern for Finance, Accounting & Controlling in our office located in Vahrn, Italia, where you will support our Finance & Controlling team and contribute to key activities across accounting, controlling, administration, and digital transformation. Responsibilities:
* Support monthly financial closing activities for the Italian distribution company.
* Contribute to the digital transformation of finance processes through automation, analytics, and continuous improvements.
* Assist in maintaining financial transactions, reports, and performance KPIs to enable data‑driven business decisions.
* Collaborate with local team members on day-to-day finance, admin, and controlling tasks, including coverage during holiday periods.
* Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with internal control frameworks.
* Partner with the sales team to prepare administrative documentation for tenders and key lighting projects.
* Gain exposure to cross-functional processes and learn how finance interacts with commercial and operational teams.
Skills & Experience:

* You are currently pursuing (or have recently completed) a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (other backgrounds are welcome).
* You bring strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities and feel comfortable working with data to deliver clear insights.
* You have good interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy working in a global, cross‑functional environment.
* Experience with SAP and Excel is a plus, but not mandatory.
* You are eager to learn and open to supporting different finance processes as needed.
* You communicate confidently in at least one of the following languages - Italian, German, or English - and are currently learning one of the others.
