Experteer Overview
In this role you lead and coordinate marketing and commercial plans for Point of Care ultrasound, identifying growth opportunities and contributing to portfolio strategy. You work closely with sales, training teams and external partners to demonstrate products, train customers, and promote the point of care portfolio. You monitor clinical trends and competitive activity to inform strategies. You travel to regions and events to drive demand and education, shaping market preference through collaboration and performance.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Provide technical and clinical information to customers by demonstrating product features and benefits (ultrasound, point of care)
* Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers and internal teams on software and applications
* Build and promote a network of strategic KOLs for the point of care portfolio
* Support trade shows and conferences with demonstrations, workstation promotion and training
* Support product launches and advise sales during acquisitions
* Collaborate with Account Managers and external distributors across sales and implementation to develop commercial opportunities
* Monitor clinical trends and competitor activity to shape commercial strategies
* Leverage product knowledge to support sales tools and marketing materials
Responsabilità
* Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related
* Experience in medical diagnostic ultrasound devices market
* Strong relationship-building and flexibility to work outside office
* Willingness to travel extensively within region and nationwide for trainings, meetings and tradeshows
* Solid problem solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proven business acumen and experience in solution-based sales
* Self-motivation and initiative for improvement
* Team-oriented with customer satisfaction mindset
* Strong presentation and public speaking skills
* Ability to communicate effectively in the local language and English
