The resource will be part of the DT Operations team and will play a key role in the management and maintenance of Single Sign-On solutions, HP PaaS platforms, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is performed 100% on‑site and is intended for Italian applicants. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage user environments and device deployment—oversee the deployment and configuration of user PCs and corporate mobile devices in line with company policies and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform standards; troubleshoot and resolve day‑to‑day IT issues efficiently. /li liAdminister identity and access management—manage SSO solutions based on SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect protocols; administer Identity Providers including Azure Active Directory; oversee MFA platforms such as Ping ID and YubiKey; manage automated user provisioning and deprovisioning via SCIM; monitor authentication logs to identify and respond to identity‑related security incidents. /li liSupport cloud and Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS) environments—contribute to the management and optimisation of PaaS infrastructure; collaborate with development teams on the deployment and maintenance of cloud‑native applications; monitor platform performance, scalability, and service availability. /li liManage IT service requests and tickets—use ServiceNow across IT Service Management (ITSM) modules including Incident, Problem, and Change Management; support users and deliver internal training on platform use. /li liAdminister Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools—manage Microsoft 365 tenants across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune; administer licences, groups, security policies, and compliance settings in the Admin Center; configure Microsoft Teams as the corporate communication platform; manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP), retention, and Information Protection policies. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liFormal education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (experience is valued over formal education). /li liProven experience in an IT role with a focus on identity management and enterprise systems. /li liSolid proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related administration tools. /li liHands‑on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM modules). /li liWorking knowledge of PowerShell for automation and scripting within the Microsoft environment. /li liFamiliarity with Zero Trust Security concepts and the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. /li liGood command of technical English (B2 level or above). /li liEligibility to apply under Italian Categoria Protetta legislation (Law 68/1999, Article 1). /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liServiceNow ITSM or Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. /li liExperience working in complex, multi‑stakeholder IT environments. /li liDemonstrated proactive approach to continuous learning and adopting new IT technologies. /li /ul h3Why GE Vernova /h3 pGE Vernova is on a mission to electrify and decarbonise the world.
