Responsibilities
The candidate will manage the pastry counter, prepare coffee, cappuccino, beverages, aperitifs and cocktails with professionalism and attention to detail. Provide a friendly and courteous service to customers and ensure a positive experience. Supervise and coordinate the pastry area staff.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a barista.
* Experience, even minimal, in the pastry sector or strong passion and predisposition for this field.
* Ability to manage a team and organize work.
* Residence in nearby areas to the work location.
* Excellent communication and relational skills.
* Flexible hours, availability to work on weekends and holidays.

Assunzione a tempo determinato, finalizzata a stabilità di lungo periodo. Disponibilità oraria full time.
