About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Work with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
Research and develop new customers and business segments.
Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
Handle customer issues effectively.
Meet sales targets (bookings/Billing).
Collect and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team.
Collaborate regionally or globally to achieve objectives.
Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience (Ideal): 2-4 years in sales or account management with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
Knowledge (Ideal): Semiconductor industry experience and familiarity with semiconductor products.
Skills and Qualities
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners. Willingness to travel within Europe for customer visits.
Skills/Certifications
Fluent in English and Italian with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
