We are seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time and remote position from Italy .
* Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
* Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, managing all technical communications and solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, earning trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
* Train and interact with business partners to ensure understanding of EcoFlow's USPs.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to improve products.
* Provide insights and help partners customize solutions for commercial success.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, ideally within the Residential Energy Storage industry.
* Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
* Passion for the industry and willingness to learn quickly in a changing environment.
* Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
