About the Role
ACMA’s Customer Service Area Managers report directly to the head of the function and are responsible for developing and performing all sales activities in the assigned business unit and region to achieve Customer Service results aligned with commercial and budget goals.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Implementing sales strategies and managing sales processes to consolidate and grow business results, aiming to meet budgeted results for After Sales business lines (Spare Parts, Upgrades, Services).
2. Contributing to the identification, design, and promotion of new products and services to meet customer needs and support the company's growth strategy.
3. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions; coordinating with agents and supporting direct customer dealings and proposals.
4. Collaborating with the technical department to evaluate client requirements, conduct technical negotiations, and prepare commercial offers aligned with company capabilities.
The role involves coordinating a team of 2-3 specialists and working with regional colleagues to define commercial strategies for the area.
What You Need to Be Successful
* Engineering Degree: Mechanical, Electronic, or similar.
* Strong passion and curiosity for technical topics.
* At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role with proven sales success.
* Customer-oriented mindset and excellent customer service skills.
* International experience is a plus.
* Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages are advantageous.
