Customer Support Agent - Italian Market Relocation
As a Customer Service Advisor for the Italian market, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back-office tasks.
Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support, issue resolution, answering questions, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and results-oriented manner.

You are a native Italian speaker with advanced business English
you hold EU Passport or Greek Residence Card
