The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and loyalty among fans. This role will focus on creating innovative marketing and branding campaigns for the marketing team to drive fan engagement and retention. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliBrand Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with the club’s goals and objectives. Collaborate with creative team to ideate campaigns based on business objectives, and then execute on overarching brand campaigns for the club and seasonal campaigns (ie. ticketing campaigns, holiday campaigns, family-oriented marketing campaigns) to ensure overall alignment with the brand /liliCreative Direction: Oversee the development of creative content that aligns with the brand’s vision and goals. /liliFamily Fan Engagement: Design and implement fan engagement strategies to grow and maintain a loyal fan base, such as a family program, Meet Greet, Beer Cheer and other programs that support club revenue growth while enriching the fan experience. /liliManage and ensure omnichannel customer journeys across digital touchpoints (social media, website, e-commerce, app) are on brand /liliEvent Management: Coordinate with the events team to integrate brand marketing and loyalty initiatives into match days and other events /li /ulh3Profilo del candidato ideale /h3pThe ideal candidate should have the following characteristics: /pulliSeveral years of brand marketing role, with at least 3 in a leadership role with a focus on sports. /liliProven track record in brand management, including managing loyalty programs and fan engagement initiatives. /liliStrong project management, leadership, and communication skills. /liliAbility to manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. /liliPassion for football and a deep understanding of the sports and entertainment industry. /liliProficiency in Italian and English. /liliThe company offers the opportunity to working in SW /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
