Where passion meets opportunity\nThe best of your adventures is the one you have yet to sail! \nJob Purpose\nAs a member of the Global Digital Marketing Team, the Web Content Coordinator is responsible for managing the content of MSC Cruises’ consumer stores. This role ensures that product information and promotional messages are engaging, user-focused, and support online bookings and business goals. \nKey Accountabilities\n• Stick with the web content plan according to the Corporate and specific markets needs, focusing on online sales priorities and product information. \n• Create /localise effective promotional and product messages and visual assets, in cooperation with Digital Sales aligned with the global and local sales strategy, to engage users and promote online revenues. \n• Be responsible of the content delivery and publication, working with different stakeholders (UX, SEO, Digital Sales) gathering and applying requirements. \n• Configure and test discounts, promotional campaigns, merchandising settings, and product information.\n• Set the online exposure for cruise offerings (filters, sorting, categories, product ranking...) and upload contents and assets ancillaries’ digital catalog.\n• Ensure all website content is aligned and updated, with a strong focus on the users’ point of view. Multi-testing devices testing is expected to meet the website quality standards.\n• Apply SEO optimization guidelines to attract qualified organic traffic. \n• Set and deliver landing pages, labels, forms and additional content assets. \n• Monitor website performances and provide insights into the content effectiveness.\n• Partner with internal and external stakeholders (UX, SEO, Media, Analytics, Social Media, CRM, Trade teams, Markets, Creative agencies) to ensure content supports business objectives. \nQualifications\n• Previous experience in web content management/digital, e-commerce, and UX writing, ideally in a digital agency or e-business company. \n• Native-level English proficiency. \n• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore as well as content performance tools such as Google Analytics. Adobe Target.
