About the role
As a BIP Territory Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives and developing partnerships with clients in your assigned area, including hospital pharmacists, nurses, risk managers, and clinicians. You will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager BIP. Your role involves analyzing market potential, understanding client organization and needs, identifying key stakeholders, and positioning our products within regional and hospital guidelines. You will also develop action plans aligned with strategic priorities, based on detailed segmentation and customer targeting.
Main responsibilities include
1. Achieving assigned business objectives.
2. Communicating deviations from targets and implementing corrective actions.
3. Updating sales forecasts monthly and participating in setting annual sales goals.
4. Staying informed on clinical evidence related to BIP products and proposing solutions to retain and acquire customers.
5. Monitoring competitor products, prices, and services, and sharing insights with the team.
6. Participating in local, national, and international conferences.
7. Managing relationships with area KOLs.
8. Sharing experiences and collaborating on cross-divisional projects.
9. Managing tender processes within your geographical area.
10. Submitting quotations aligned with current strategies.
11. Updating opportunities regularly in SFDC.
12. Supporting external partners in promotional activities according to BU strategy.
13. Providing training and educational support to end users, including operating room assistance.
14. Collaborating with Product Managers and the EU Marketing Team on local activities.
