Export Sales Manager - Location: Rivoli Veronese (VR) Employment Status: Full time - Req ID: 27398 - Job Responsibilities- The Export Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing international sales activities, identifying new business opportunities in foreign markets, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Reporting directly to the South Europe Sales Director, this role requires strong commercial acumen, cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with international clients and distributors or partners.- The following outlines the key responsibilitiesassociated with the role: - Develop and execute export strategies to drive international growth and strengthen the company’s global footprint. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and key clients to ensure long-term business success. - Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through comprehensive market analysis in targeted regions (Europe, with a focus on the Balkans). - Ensure full compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and international trade agreements to mitigate risk and support smooth operations. - Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing communications, customer service, finance, and supply chain teams to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports and actionable insights for senior management. - Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings, enhancing brand visibility and expanding the professional network. - Provide strategic input to product development teams based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. - Client Meetings & Training Activities - Job Requirements- Minimum 6 years of experience in selling industrial manufacturing products, preferably in the welding sector. - Strong customer-oriented mindset. - Solid knowledge of industrial sales channels. - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). - Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time. - Ability to read, understand, and analyze financial reports. - Regular use of CRM systems and relevant databases (Experience with SAP is considered an asset).
