Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

* Forming close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products.
* Achieving sales objectives related to product quantity and market share through strategic analysis and influencing decision makers.
* Engaging in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market insights with the Product Management team, and collaborating on marketing strategies with the Country Manager.
* Managing and developing a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program, focusing on sales revenue.
* Supporting Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.

Additional responsibilities include:

* Consulting with end users, liaising with system integrators, and maintaining product knowledge among customers.
* Growing project pipeline and revenue with existing clients and acquiring new customers.
* Reporting weekly on sales activities and project status.
* Conducting customer audits, market segmentation, and positioning.
* Contributing ideas for marketing and product launches.
* Focusing on product/channel/customer margins and accurate forecasting.
* Meeting all sales budgets and targets.

Requirements:

* Proven success in business development or sales roles, especially in demanding environments.
* Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
* Ability to independently understand customer needs and develop commercial proposals.
* Market knowledge of electronic security, IT, and Networking channels.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturing is a plus.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
* Independent thinking, good judgment, and team orientation.
* Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior executives.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluency in English and at least one European language.
* Clean driving license.

Location:

This is a field-based role; the preferred residence should be in the Milan area or South Italy. The role requires extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel outside Italy.
