Experteer Overview
In this regional leadership role, you will shape the Heart Failure marketing strategy for South Europe, driving growth and value for Abbott’s HF portfolio across Chronic HF, Acute HF and CardioMEMS. You’ll translate strategy into compelling value propositions, pricing and go-to-market plans, while steering NPI activities and cross-functional collaboration with commercial, global and regional teams. You’ll monitor market dynamics, enable launches, and foster strong relationships with KOLs and stakeholders to accelerate access and adoption. This role offers high visibility, the chance to influence regional outcomes, and a meaningful impact on patient care.

- Define and execute short-, mid- and long-term HF portfolio marketing strategies aligned with global and EMEA/APAC direction
- Develop value propositions, positioning, pricing and go-to-market plans to drive growth and margins
- Lead regional New Product Introduction (NPI) activities with prioritization and flawless execution
- Ensure consistent marketing approaches across South Europe while adapting to local dynamics
- Collaborate with South HF Regional Director, EMEA/APAC marketing, and global stakeholders
- Drive launch readiness with impactful materials, sales tools and field enablement
- Monitor market trends, competition and performance to strengthen competitive advantage
- Support forecasts, business reviews and planning cycles for the HF portfolio
- Engage with field organization through joint customer visits and strategic accounts
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, scientific societies and external stakeholders
- Support Health Economics, Reimbursement and Governmental Affairs initiatives to enable access
- Identify cross-divisional synergies within Abbott and pilot relevant initiatives
- Inspire, coach and develop the regional marketing team and model Abbott values
- Act as a role model for ethics, compliance and quality standards
