Position Summary Our Guest Experience Experts at Hotel Principessa Forte dei Marmi will take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They will process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area. They are empowered to move through their space and handle tasks such as checking guests in and out and performing any other reasonable duties assigned. Key Responsibilities Ensure a smooth check‐in and check‐out experience for all guests. Process operational requests and address guest needs in a timely manner. Complete all required reports accurately. Provide local area information and highlights to guests. Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures. Protect company assets and uphold confidentiality. Maintain high quality standards in service and appearance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Preferred Qualifications Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related work experience: Not required. Supervisory experience: Not required. License or certification: None.
