Overview
For our client, an Italian multinational leader in the digital solution sector, we are looking for a Key Account Manager - Retail / E-Commerce Industry who develops and manages the company’s customers and prospects together with the Head of Retail.
What you’ll do
With the aim of promoting and developing the value proposition of the company as a reference player for digital transformation in the Digital CRM area in Retail, your main responsibilities are:
* Supporting the sale of professional and technological services
* In the offering of the company, enhancing the company\'s references and capabilities in CRM, Marketing & Sales (e.g., CRM Advisory, Customer Journey Design, UX / UI Design, Digital Solutions & SW development, Marketing Automation, Data Management, etc.)
* Supporting a value proposition to Retail customers, starting from a good knowledge of the industry and particularly of e-commerce and multichannel CRM trends
* Gathering customer’s business needs to qualify new opportunities
* Coordinating and supporting the drafting of the bid proposal through the orchestration of in-house domain experts
* Defining the pricing model according to company guidelines and in coordination with Head of Retail
* Ensuring the governance of on-going services and projects with constant collaboration and synergy with the Service Lines involved in the delivery in Italy and abroad and as a function of the synergies on large pan-European customers
Qualifications
* 7 years of experience in business development of consulting and tech services in CRM, Digital transformation, Customer Experience in consulting groups or Service Providers
* Proven experience in selling Digital Tech services and active portfolio in the Retail / Ecommerce sector, the knowledge of at least one or more of the following industries: Fashion Luxury, FMCG, Retail will be appreciated
* Strong interest in Digital and blending Digital-CRM and new technology trends (AI, RPA, Cloud, Design, Marketing automation, Big Data)
* Proven track record in negotiating and selling complex services e.g. technology services
* An excellent level of English is compulsory for this role; knowledge of another language is welcome
