Company and role overview Naha is an early stage startup based in Stockholm in the field of sustainable fashion. Our goal is to eliminate the need for fast fashion by offering consumers a fast, reliable and convenient way to shop sustainably. We achieve this through the development of a fashion marketplace that simplifies the buying and selling experience of secondhand items, avoiding consumers the effort required by existing platforms. We envision a future where wardrobes and inventories are seamlessly integrated, and we’re building a fast and hassle-free connection between them.
Our goal is to become the market leader for online fashion shopping, enabling people to consume guilt-free knowing they are not contributing to pollution from textile production.
The current team, consisting of Roberto Scifo as CEO and Gabriele Morello as CTO, has extensive domain knowledge, business and finance expertise and the advanced technical skills required to accomplish such an ambitious goal. Moreover, the team is supported by KTH Innovation and its network, providing strong technical, business and funding support.
We are looking for a new team member who’ll be in charge of running and implementing operational processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and the achievement of product-market fit.
Accomplishments & mid-term goals We have built the basic infrastructure of logistic and accounting processes and managed to reach 200K€ revenue in 2023 with a primitive MVP. We are now focusing on:

Skills & requirements You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the business, including logistic processes, customer service, and communication with the stakeholders. You will be the direct point of contact with the customers and you will actively contribute to the understanding of customers’ needs and the implementation of the solutions required. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to identify new features and streamline internal processes based on user feedback and operational efficiency.
Requirements Strong numerical, analytical and technical skills, demonstrated through the advanced use of business intelligence softwares, spreadsheets, programming languages, or anything proving you can be part of a highly skilled team
Customer obsession and ability to operate through KPIs
Experience and / or personal understanding of the startup world and its unique challenges
Interest in being an active and primary member of a recently founded business, willingness to roll up your sleeves and overcome new challenges to make the company grow
Fluency in English and Italian
Awareness of the climate and sustainability crisis and personal interest in the fashion industry
Nice to have / how to distinguish yourself Ability to build a branded communication as required by a fashion B2C / C2C business
Offer Initially you will be offered a part-time salary, with the goal of prototyping a long term relationship and eventually ramping it up to full time as the project scales. You will be offered stock options for around 2-4% of the company as soon as we incorporate in Sweden.
