Ph3Guest Commerce Director – On Board Position /h3 pDo you have the vision to transform guest experiences into commercial success? /p pWe are seeking a Guest Commerce Director to join the Senior Management Team onboard Costa vessels and lead all onboard revenue‑generating activities through strategic coordination, data‑driven decision‑making, and inspirational leadership. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Marketing Communication, Business Administration, Business Management or Hospitality Management. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in retail, covering commercial performance, visual merchandising, team management and operational optimization. /li liPrevious onboard experience is considered a strong advantage. /li liProven experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, and KPI‑driven performance. /li liStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions. /li liExcellent leadership, people development and stakeholder management skills. /li liEnglish proficiency at C1 level (preferably Italian), and a third language at B2 level (French, Spanish, German, Portuguese or Chinese) is mandatory. /li liHigh sense of ownership, accountability and guest‑centric mindset. /li /ul h3Responsibilities – Onboard Revenue Management /h3 ul liCoordinate, develop and execute the onboard Palimpsest schedule to activate commercial opportunities, enhance guest engagement and guide guest flows. /li liAnalyze data, guest mix and consumption trends on a cruise‑by‑cruise basis. /li liTurn retail and onboard revenue KPIs into clear actions to improve results and profitability. /li liMonitor feedback systems and guest purchasing behavior, proposing timely improvements. /li liTranslate revenue reports and sales analysis into business plans and new opportunities. /li liManage onboard revenues, control costs and ensure targets are met. /li liLead and optimize the onboard Palimpsest, coordinating Sales and Entertainment teams to drive revenue growth. /li liHost Onboard Revenues meetings, perform regular inspections and take corrective actions to maximize sales performance. /li liMonitor performance through dashboards, guest insights and market trends, taking timely actions to maximize sales results. /li liAlign department Heads through regular reviews and meetings to continuously adapt onboard sales activities to guest needs. /li /ul h3Communication, Brand Shore‑Side Alignment /h3 ul liEnsure that all communication channels promoting onboard products and services fully comply with brand standards. /li liGuarantee that the entertainment and commercial schedule is clearly communicated and properly executed onboard. /li liCoordinate with the shoreside Guest Commerce Department to ensure sales materials and initiatives meet corporate standards. /li liProvide timely updates to shore‑side teams on onboard commercial and entertainment activities, supporting continuous improvement. /li liEnsure accurate, clear and professional written and verbal communication, including reports, emails and presentations. /li /ul h3Leadership, Quality Safety /h3 ul liLead onboard teams through clear goals, fair task allocation and a people‑focused leadership approach. /li liPromote engagement, continuous development and open feedback, supporting both performance and professional growth. /li liEnsure high‑quality service delivery by applying procedures, monitoring standards and addressing performance gaps. /li liKeep senior management informed on issues impacting revenue, service quality or guest satisfaction. /li liFoster a strong safety culture by enforcing safety standards and ensuring compliance with health, environment and safety systems. /li /ul h3Your Employment /h3 pContract type: fixed‑term, full‑time /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
