Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
* Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
Customer & Partner Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
* Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
* Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.
Reporting & Forecasting:
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
* Track and report regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates).
* Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
* Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
* Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams, setting performance expectations and monitoring KPIs.
* Foster a high-performance, accountable, customer-focused culture.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in science or technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.
2. Strong decision-making skills, able to make quick, accurate decisions and implement effective solutions for complex or urgent issues.
3. Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
4. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); additional languages are a plus.
5. Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, ability to promote collaboration, willing to undertake overseas travel; overseas work experience is preferred.
