CRIF, a prestigious and innovative international group specialising in information solutions, decision-making models, outsourcing, software and consulting services to support banks, financial companies, insurance companies, utilities and businesses.\n\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to design and orchestrate the global Go-To-Market strategy for our comprehensive Credit Lifecycle Platform.\n\nRather than managing isolated products, you will own the positioning of a unified ecosystem and its specialized industry verticals.\n\nThe role represents a strategic junction between Product, Sales, Marketing and Corporate Stakeholders, with the objective of managing the transition from a fragmented and granular legacy product portfolio to a new, integrated value proposition based on vertical solution domains\n\nMain responsibilities:\n\nThe Product Marketing Manager will have direct responsibility for defining and coordinating the following activities:\n\nGo-To-Market for New Solutions\n\n- Definition of the global Go-To-Market strategy for new software solutions;\n- Alignment between product roadmap, commercial readiness and market messaging;\n- Coordination of commercial launches in collaboration with Product and Sales.\n\nCustomer Migration and Legacy Management\n\n- Definition of the customer migration plan from legacy products to new solutions;\n- Planning and governance of legacy product sunset activities;\n- Coordination of related impacts: contractual, legal, customer communication.\n\nPre-Sales Enablement and Materials\n\n- Definition and coordination of pre-sales materials (value proposition, pitch decks, positioning, storytelling);\n- Ensuring message consistency across all solution verticals;\n- Ongoing enablement and support of the global sales organization.\n\nAlignment and Governance\n\n- Continuous collaboration with the Heads of vertical solution domains.\n- Validation of strategies and execution plans with the Head of Solution Offering and other; relevant stakeholders;\n- Coordination of external suppliers supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives;\n\nRequirements:\n\n- Proven experience in Product Marketing / Go-To-Market for B2B software solutions;\n- Strong knowledge of the banking, lending, and credit lifecycle domain;\n- Ideal background from: banking software vendors, consulting firms with strong exposure to GTM initiatives;\n- Demonstrated ability to operate with senior stakeholders in complex, matrix organizations.\n\nPlace of work: Bologna with the possibility of working in lavoro da remoto\n\nWe offer a safe and inclusive environment where colleagues are encouraged to think outside the box.
