About the Role
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
* Key responsibilities include order processing, customer service tasks, product listings (images, descriptions, pricing), website content updates, banners, competitor and market research, stock level monitoring, and product performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate E-commerce Intern to support day-to-day operations of our online store.
Responsibilities
1. Order Processing and Customer Service: Assist with handling orders, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
2. Product Listings: Help upload and manage product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing information.
3. Website Content Updates: Support in updating website content, including banners and promotional materials.
4. Market Research: Conduct competitor and market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
5. Stock Level Monitoring: Monitor stock levels and product performance to ensure optimal inventory management.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements
* Education: Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, good knowledge of Excel, familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), basic understanding of digital marketing tools and KPIs.
* Languages: Fluent in English.
