We are currently looking for a recruiter to assist with search & selection process across multiple European locations, predominantly in the South Europe. This person will support the HR team in the Region and function as a Business Partner for hiring managers across the organisation. Main Responsibilities: - Maintain effective contacts and network in key Adler Pelzer plant locations in Europe - Liaising with the hiring managers - definition of requirements, advisory, scheduling interviews - Connected administration and organisation Requirements: - Experience in recruitment either agency or in-house (2 years) - Very good experience with sourcing via social media - Attention to detail, organisation skills and ability to follow-through - Excellent communication skills - Excellent English and some experience recruiting in multiple EU countries - Fluent Italian language, knowledge of French language is a big plus We offer: - Interesting professional experience with recruiting across multiple EU locations, roles and levels - Remote working and flexible hours, we will also consider part-time work - Opportunity to grow within the organisation
