Position:
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will oversee all growth marketing initiatives for Musixmatch Pro. Your responsibility will be to drive growth by enhancing the customer journey and improving key business metrics. Your goal is to attract new users, retain existing ones, and increase customer lifetime value.
You will develop and manage marketing programs aimed at user acquisition, activation, retention, upselling, and exploring new marketing channels to foster growth throughout the customer lifecycle.
You will collaborate with engineers, developers, analysts, product managers, and designers to optimize the customer journey, identify growth opportunities, and formulate a robust marketing growth model.
What you will do:
* Create and manage marketing initiatives focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention (e.g., campaigns, referral programs, content marketing).
* Set and achieve KPIs related to growth metrics such as activation, acquisition, conversion, retention, referrals, and revenue.
* Track key metrics, analyze trends, and derive insights to optimize marketing strategies.
* Identify new ways to enhance product profitability and outreach channels.
* Apply behavioral psychology techniques to improve conversions and sales.
* Monitor the impact of optimization efforts.
* Work with leadership to implement growth plans swiftly.
Requirements:
* You love digital products and prioritize quality and customer service.
* You have proven experience in Marketing, Data, or Product Management, collaborating with Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams.
* You possess a strong analytical background, preferably with a STEM degree.
* You demonstrate analytical rigor, capable of analyzing and optimizing growth initiatives quantitatively.
* You are skilled in testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate, usability, incrementality) and data visualization.
