ROLE OVERVIEW: Reporting to the European Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding EC International Group's commercial presence in Northern Italy, with a primary focus on Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia-Romagna. Based in Turin, you will prospect, develop and manage a portfolio of industrial customers, acting as a key commercial interface between Italian customers and our European project management and technical teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (non-exhaustive) Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territoryIdentify and approach industrial decision-makers and key accountsPlan and manage your weekly schedule of customer and prospect meetingsBuild strong, long-term relationships with industrial customersEnsure accurate customer reporting and CRM follow-upFollow up on quotations prepared by our European Project ManagersAct as the commercial liaison between customers and internal technical teamsGrow existing accounts and convert prospects into long-term customersAttend trade fairs and industry events in Italy and EuropeRepresent EC International Group professionally within the Italian industrial market PROFILE REQUIRED: You are the right candidate if you have: Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales or business development (mandatory)A post-secondary qualification in sales, business, engineering or a related fieldExperience or strong exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments(knowledge of CNC machining, injection moulding, sheet metal or prototyping is a strong advantage)A solid understanding of the Italian industrial ecosystem, ideally in Northern Italy KEY SKILLS: Strong commercial and business development mindsetResults-driven, customer-focused and motivated by challengesExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsHigh level of autonomy, organisation and reliabilityAbility to work independently and collaboratively within international teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office and CRM toolsFluent Italian required; professional English mandatory WHY JOIN US?
